Madison McKinley Biography - Born Madison Garton in Vail, Colorado, Madison Mckinley is an actress and a model who gained countrywide attention when she appeared on the fifteenth season of "The Bachelor" show as one of the 30 women competing for the awareness of Brad Womack. From the instant Madison stepped out of the limousine dressed in an astounding outfit and wearing fangs she grabbed the attention of Womack and the American public too.
While her fangs startled many viewers and competitors alike and earned her the pet name of "Fang Girl" it was her bold move to leave The Bachelor show during the rose rite of the third show that earned her the status and the admiration of the North American public. Mckinley, who without doubt could have remained on the show for a few more weeks and gained more press from her appearances before 18 million viewers decided instead to leave the show making room for those contestants who she felt truly wanted and had to find love with the bachelor. Her decision followed hearing the heartbreaking story of Emily Manyard's tragic loss of her fiance.
Not that Ms. Mckinley's career required much of a lift as she was already a working model and actress with 1 or 2 parts to her name in shows and pictures such as, 30 Rock, Rescue Me, Kings, White Collar, as well as having been featured in the Star Mag in 2010.
Madison's career started when she was 18 and asked to be part of a contest for the Game Illustrated Swimsuit calendar. While she did not win the contest she did get the attention of a model agency who quickly signed her and her career took off.
She moved to NY and took the professional name Madison McKinley and began acting as well as modeling for a living. With one or two little roles to her credit and continuing modeling assignments, Madison decided to take a short break and pursue love with the bachelor. Nevertheless although the actress/model frankly went on the programme with each intention of being the last lady standing, her compassion for others and sense of fair play led her to finish her role in the contest feeling that other girls were more invested in finding love than she was now.
But ending her appearance on The Bachelor reality show did not end Madison's career, and she has continued working as an actress with a role as a model, in The Smurf's 3D flick and a role on season 4 of Damages, TV series, as well as appearance on Ellen DeGeneres show.
While still not a household name Madison McKinley has quite a moving on Facebook and the North American public remains intrigued by the "Fang Girl" with so much compassion. While one day she may become as well known for her acting talent [*COMMA] it is her role on The Bachelor that will remain in the hearts of her fans and followers.
