This time around, there are new shows sure to appeal to kids, others that are targeting the female audience, and a handful of shows with sex appeal that will draw in the guys. Which will be hits? That remains to be determined. But here are five the sexiest new shows that men want to see most.
Charlie’s Angels
Building on the equity of the original Charlie’s Angels Tv show plus the successful film franchise, this new series appeals to both men and women. Empowered women in skimpy clothes? High five! Charlie’s Angels premieres on September 22, 2011, exactly 35 years after the first Charlie’s Angels made its debut. Why are guys so interested? Have you seen the cast? Minka Kelly, Aussie wonder Rachael Taylor, and too-hot-for-daytime former soap opera star Annie Ilonzeh are heavenly!

The New Girl
Four’s Company, anyone? This new show follows the exploits of nerdy Jessica Day, who gets dumped and moves in with three guy roommates (one of whom is Damon Wayans, Jr.). Their mission? Help her get over her broken heart, out of her shell, and into the social scene. Why do guys eagerly anticipate this show? Two words: Zooey Deschanel.
Prime Suspect
This has the makings of a big hit. On one hand, it builds on the popularity of the English version starring Helen Mirren. It has some of the “procedural†elements so popular in crime scene shows where we solve the crime with the protagonist. And it stars the lovely and talented Maria Bello. The ladies will appreciate the opportunity to watch the always popular Aidan Quinn. But the draw for the men is Bello, one sexy, smart star!
Wonder Woman
Wonder Woman has a number of the exact same attractive components as Charlie’s Angels that could make it a hit with the two male and female viewers. It builds on a powerful legacy. The authentic Television series featuring Lynda Carter nevertheless includes a potent fan base. The premise features an empowered (super-empowered) female. And she’s a beauty. What’s not to like? And have you observed star Adrianne Palicki? Great!
Alpha Mom
This may be the funniest new show of the Fall season. It stars Will Arnett, hilarious in Arrested Development and 30 Rock. It also stars the always likable Maya Rudolph (on a roll from the hit Summer film Bridesmaids). And rounding out the cast is Christina Applegate. Guys still can’t get enough of Ms. Applegate, who initially made her mark in Married With Children and has been breaking hearts ever since. Here’s another empowered woman (Applegate’s character is a working mom) who also happens to have tremendous sex appeal.
This is certainly 1 from the much more promising Television lineups in current memory. There is certainly genuinely something for everybody, specifically guys who like attractive females. But these females are not just attractive, they’re talented, hard-working actresses that have place a lot energy and determination into their professions. Glimpse at their resumes, and you'll see intensive training…a history of going out on auditions…and a serious effort to promote themselves and also make the globe sit up and take notice.
