Tune In To Nostalgic Numbers Of Led Zeppelin Songs

The legacy of the heavy metal ilk owes its origin to the Led Zeppelin band. A rock band with a difference with their spectacular innovations of fluff boxes, split modifications on guitars and sound deviations with smashing amplifiers. The led zeppelin songs made forays into the rock psyche. Their song "Stairway to Heaven ", which was a radio chartbuster and elevated to anthemic status was first scored in 1971 at a Belfast gig.

Led Zeppelin arose from the remnants of the top notch combo The Yardbirds.. Jimmy Page, their leading acoustic guitarist cast "The New Yardbirds" recruiting brand-new performers like John Paul Jones-the bass and keyboard player, Robert Plant- the incredible vocalist and John Bonham-their ace drummer. The new avatar re-christened as Led Zeppelin signed its musical debut with Atlantic Records, with their self-labeled album being released in 1969.

The Houses of the Holy album was succeeded by their own record name, Swan Song and Led Zeppelin catapulted into fame overnight. The band again hit the board in 1974 with their dual album "Physical Graffiti" having the mesmerizing song "Kashmir". The band mustered again in December 1978 for their closing album "In Through The Out Door. Their star drummer John Bonham died in 1980.

The quartet of Led Zeppelin bagged several honors ranging from International Artist Award in 1994, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Grammy Award and Very best Tough Rock Performance in 1999. Their debut album was "Led Zeppelin I" that contains essentially the most standard blues songs amongst led zeppelin songs. Noteworthy are the bubbly "Communications Breakdown," together with "You Shook Me," and the traditional "Dazed and Baffled."

Their second album "Led Zeppelin II" includes more rapacious, charged rock and roll music featuring radio blockbusters like "Whole Lotta Love," "Living Loving Maid" along with "Heartbreaker." The 1971 album "Led Zeppelin IV" features songs such as "Black Dog," the tough beating "Rock & Roll" along with the unforgettable rock ballad "Stairway to Heaven." "Led Zeppelin III" incorporates a mixture of more soft, folk-influenced songs along with rocking numbers like "Immigrant Song" and echoing melodies "Tangerine" along with "That's the Way." Their joyous album "Houses of the Holy" is a rendition of diverse styles.

Webpage penned the led zeppelin lyrics of "Smile on Me"with others and "White Summer" is also credited to him. Plant also emerged as a co-lyricist together with Webpage and became the group's main lyricist in 1970. The band's original lyrics drew inspiration from blues and ethnic origins randomly combining lyrical pieces from numerous songs. Their lyrics revolved around themes of passion and unreturned adore. From Led Zeppelin III they combined ingredients of folklore and occultism in their new music. Towards the later years Plant's lyrics related extra to personal lives and were less idealistic.
