There are people who used to think that a cook house is one of the most frequently cleaned area because edible materials are always kept after. To prevent bugs from eating on dried goods, freeze those products for two to three days as soon as you have brought them home from the groceries. If there are any eggs in those materials, they can be killed immediately.

Be sure that your left-over grub is stored in an airtight bag. Putting bay leaves in the containers will not attract the critters from going inside them.
