On December 6th, SFR, one of the most vital telecommunications operators in France, launched Eurochannel. Eurochannel is the channel dedicated to European movies, series and music. With its launch in France, Eurochannel continues its enlargement in Europe. The channel is also distributed in South America, Africa, USA, Portugal and Korea.
Eurochannel joins the TV channels lineup available on fast and optical fiber to SFR subscribers. Eurochannel's programming is available with French subtitles. Eurochannel offers an intensive selection of pictures from all parts of Europe, exclusive TV shows and European music, both classical and contemporary:
- Eurocinema: Banquet of European films. For its launch, Eurochannel will present a special cycle devoted to the Bulgarian filmmaker Ivan Nichev.

After its launch in 2011 in Korea and France, Eurochannel will expand its distribution in Europe and Asia in 2012.
