Roger Waters 2012 Tour A sight and sound experience a Final tour, Might be.

By Ramesh Ragavan

Lovers of classic rock and music generally would be content with Roger Waters 2012 show tickets. The Wall Live tour has been on the road since 2010 and is nearing its closing days, nonetheless it is going robust to the last. This is a wonderful gathering of some of the largest names in rock'n'roll playing some of the most seminal music of the 20th century. There are only a few more provoking live performers alive today and few concerts more worth seeing.

The Wall Live opened in Toronto on Sep 15, 2010 and toured North America extensively till closing its first leg in Mexico City on December 21, 2010. This tour marked the first time The Wall album by Pink Floyd was entirely played in a live performance by any member of Pink Floyd since the Berlin Wall concert in 1990. The North American piece of the tour grossed virtually $90 million, the second highest in NorthAmerica that year.

Europe got their shot at The Wall Live performance tour when it recommenced on March 21, 2011 in Lisbon, Portugal and ran until July where it closed in Athens, Greece. Roger Waters 2012 show tickets will be available for concerts dates in Australia, New Zealand, and South America beginning on January 27 in Perth. Concert goers will have an opportunity to catch this epic musical experience until the final date in Sao Paulo on April 1, 2012.

The tour has a powerful anti-war theme, as per Pink Floyd's ex-lead singer's pacifist philosophy. He has made a point of incorporating photos of men and women lost in war into his performances, projecting them while the music plays. It also stresses the neglect of poverty stricken voters of the world and criticizes harsh government and commercial practices. This reflects his long-held worldview and is well-suited to the Pink Floyd songs performed on stage.

Someone with Roger Waters 2012 show tickets will have the chance to see a phenomenal selection of mythical musicians. As well as the ex-lead vocalist of Pink Floyd, names like Graham Broad, Dave Kilminster, G.E. Smith, Snowy White, Jon Carin, Kipp Lennon, David Gilmour, and Nick Mason have taken the stage at 1 performance along the tour. Broad has worked as a percussionist for the Pink Floyd ex-front man for 25 years. Smith was the lead guitar strummer of Hall & Oates and spent many years as the musical director of Saturday Night Live. The only possible way to see what other legends might make an appearance is to get seats and see for yourself.
